As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility AIC was the first company in Mongolia to issue Preferred Shares to our Employees and Employees of Erdenet Ming Corporation. The Preferred Shares are issued with dividend of 30% per annum for a period of 3 years. The dividend rate is 4 times compared to the interest rate provided by our local banks. It was the first time in Mongolia that the ‘Wealth-Creating Employee’ gained the opportunity to benefit directly from the company through our Preferred Shares. As of 2021, we have distributed dividends for the 11th time.
