Erdenetsetseg Dayandorj has over 15 years of experience in legal profession from State Prosecutor’s Office to the National University of Mongolia and the Ministry of Law, specializing in drafting of laws.

In collaboration with Bumrungrad Hospital of Thailand Erdenetsetseg Dayandorj introduced JCI accredited health care service in Ulaanbaatar.

As CEO of Steppe Solar LLC, she was one of the first to introduce heat-pumps to the market with the aim of decreasing reliance on non-renewable, pollution-causing energy source such as coal.

Since 2014, she has been working as the CEO of Achit-Ikht LLC, a plant with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of LME certified 99.999% copper cathodes. Accountable for staff of 230 based in Ulaanbaatar and Erdenet City.
