The “Steppe Arena” project, in which ‘Achit-Ikht’ LLC is the main financier, was inaugurated on October 29, 2021. With involvement of Canadian and Austrian experts, it took the Mongolian engineers more than two years to complete the project during one of the worst pandemics the world had ever experienced.
The project had participation from 95 national companies with 1,600 professionals taking part in. It is built to international standards with a capacity for 2,600 spectators and, most importantly, it is open all seasons of the year.
The "Ice Arena" complex can be used to organize various sports competitions such as basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, and wrestling. With its modern sound and lighting equipment cultural events, festivals and conferences can also take place.
We hope the “Ice Arena”, which we have implemented as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, will accelerate the development of winter sports and give birth to many future champions in the regional and international competitions as well as at the Olympics.
